Oxfordshire is a county of South central
England. It has an area of 2,610sq km
(1,007sq miles). Its towns include Oxford
(administrative headquarters), Abingdon,
Banbury, Henley-on-Thames, Witney, and
Woodstock. Features include the river Thames
and tributaries, Cotswolds and Chiltern
Hills, Vale of the White Horse (chalk hill
